Forensic accounting profession and the applicability in Turkey

Accountancy etc. frauds that done by various person and associations onenterprises and all the fields of life and economical loss that reached greatdimensions caused by them, commercial and economical disagreements, increasedpractices of misleading the users of financial table, by broadening range ofaccountancy caused to rise of profession that called ?Judicial Accountancy?.This field is practised, as a leading country in USA and other developedwestern countries but in our country it is not become a law yet and not practised.However there is given detailed information about the range of Judicial Accountancyprofession, features, attributes of judicial accountant, differences of judicialaccountancy from similar professions, education of judicial accountant, practicabilityin Turkey, place of it in our law system, suggestions about taking it to insurancecoverage and charts to make this topic more easy to understand and judicialaccountancy inspection (Fraud Inspection) by the help of tables.Key words: Judicial Accountancy, Judicial Accountancy profession and thesituation of this profession in Turkey.
