An Analysis and Scrutiny of Akhizādeh Abd al-Ḥalīm Afandī's Treatise "Murshidat al-Akhyār fī Bayān Sharūṭ Ṣiḥḥat al-Jumuʻah fī al-Amṣār" This study delves into the life, works, and specifically the treatise "Murshidat al-Akhyār fī Bayān Sharūṭ Ṣiḥḥat al-Jumuʻah fī al-Amṣār" by Akhizādeh Abd al-Ḥalīm Afandī, a distinguished Ottoman scholar who passed away in 1013 AH (circa 1604 CE). Our study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, the subject, importance, purpose and method of the research were emphasized. The first section sheds light on the life of Akhizādeh Abd al-Ḥalīm Afandī and delves into the thematic substance of his literary contributions, providing insights into the manuscript copies of his works and their respective locations in various libraries. The second section conducts a thorough content analysis of the treatise, elucidating the terminology employed, articulating the author's perspectives on the subject, and detailing the sources and manuscripts of the treatise. The concluding section of the study is dedicated to a critical examination of the treatise's text. Keywords
