Abstract (EN)
This research was carried out on the analysis of talent management, job motivation and job performance relationships of faculty members working in the field of sports sciences of higher education institutions. In this context, statistical analysis of the academic staff participating in the research was carried out in the light of demographic variables. In the research, a total of 224 instructors, 65 women and 159 men, who were working in the field of sports sciences of the higher education institutions in the 2019/2020 academic year, voluntarily participated. In line with the purpose of the study carried out in the screening model, Talent Management Scale, Job Motivation Scale, and Job Performance Scale were used. The survey results were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 package program. In the analysis of the data obtained, frequency, percentage distributions, t-test, Anova, multiple comparison test (post hoc) and Correlation (Pearson) test were used as statistical methods. As a result of the findings obtained in this study, it was determined that there was a moderate positive relationship between instructors' perceptions of motivationintrinsic motivation and their perceptions of work performance and perceptions of knowledge and development-specific intrinsic motivation and perceptions of work performance. In addition, the research has concluded that there is a low-level positive significant relationship between the perceptions of the teaching staff involved in connection with management and their perceptions of work performance, perceptions of talent strategies and perceptions of work performance, and perceptions of talent management and perceptions of work performance.
