Abstract (EN)

In this present study, woody vegetation distribution and site factors of Akdağ (Burdur) Region were determined and forest habitat classification was carried out. In the field studies, 65 woody plant species were determined in 85 sample areas. Species with a frequency value exceeding 5% (56 plant species) and environmental variables of these species were obtained and vegetation classification was made. Cluster analysis and two-way indicator analysis methods were used in vegetation classification. The optimal group separation was determined in 5-group separation applied to Jaccard-Ward's method of cluster analysis using multi-response permutation procedures (MRPP), and a distribution map of plant communities was created according to this separation. Also, positive, and negative indicator species were determined by applying interspecific correlation analysis. As a result of the Spearman correlation analysis performed between the Kgroup5j separation and the environmental variables, it was determined that the elevation, heat index, and solar radiation index variables had a positive, the bedrock, BİO1, and BİO15 variables had negative relationship. Similar results were obtained with the correlation analysis in the Canonical Concordance Analysis (CCA), which was applied to interpret the relations with the ordination methods. According to the CCA, it was determined that in separation of plant distributions and vegetation groups the elevation had positive, while the BİO1 and BİO12 variables had negative relationships. It is thought that the the study will be beneficial for the applications and scientific studies planned to be carried out on forestry.
