Abstract (EN)

. In this study, lymphocyte subgroups CD4 – CD8, B Lymphocyte CD19, T Lymphocyte marker CD3, Natural killer CD16 + CD56 Monoclonal antibodies were measured before and after irradiated erythrocyte transfusion in 40 (forty) anemic premature infants. Evaluation of results and comparison differences of both categories were examined. In this study, blood samples were taken from K2 EDTA containing blood tubes from 40 premature (40) infants who were followed up with postconceptional 36th week and below with the diagnosis of anemic premature anemia. Three groups were formed in the tests; Group I (Control): Blood from 22 (twenty-two) infants of 37 and 40 weeks of non-anemic premature. Group II: Blood samples taken from the premature infant at 40 (forty) postconceptional week 36 and below before erythrocyte transfusion. Group III: After erythrocyte transfusion was applied to the babies in Group II, blood samples taken from the same 40 (forty) babies were analyzed in BD Facs Canto II flow cytometry device within 12 hours at room temperature. In this study, it was seen that the differences between some parameters in the control group and preterm infants born at 37th and 40th weeks of non-anemic studies were not significant when the average of the studies were examined. It was observed that the mean results of lymphocyte subgroups and natural clays of premature infants at 36 weeks postconceptional age and below were consistent with the previous 6-12 months, 1-2 years and 2-6 years. Our study shows that ES transfusions have no negative effect on premature immunity, especially lymphocyte subgroups and distributions. There was no significant difference between all parameters measured before transfusion and after transfusion. Therefore, we think that it can be accepted as a reliable treatment method that is not negative to the organism in this respect. The results were discussed in the light of literature.
