Problems encountered by teachers working in institutions and organizations affiliated to Antalya Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services and suggestions for solutions

This research is prepared in order to identify the problems faced by teachers working in institutions and organizations affiliated to Antalya Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services and to offer solutions. Semi-structured interview form prepared for a purpose; It was applied to 46 teachers working in institutions and organizations affiliated to Antalya Family and Social Services provincial directorate in the 2018-2019 academic year. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis method.As a result of the research, the main problems faced by teachers are; It was concluded that the Ministry of Family and Social Services experienced problems such as not valuing teachers and staffing problems, injustice in the organization they work for, incompetence, not making a fair division of labor with their colleagues, not being able to perform their profession fully and the administration being too intertwined with politics.Due to these problems, it has emerged that the majority of teachers want to move to another institution if they find the opportunity.The problems experienced; It is suggested that establishing a merit system, ensuring justice among employees, valuing employees and making regulations regarding regulations will contribute significantly to solving the problems.
