Organizational climate and socio-cultural dimensions were treated as independent variables, whereas job satisfaction was set as dependent variable in the research. Data obtained from the survey was analyzed using descriptive, correlation, multiple regression, T-test and ANOVA analysis. Results of data analysis indicated that there is a strong and negative relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction. Also, there is a negative moderating effect of socio-cultural dimensions among the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.
