Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in Isparta conditions in the 2018-2019 vegetation period. In the study, 2 durum wheat (Çeşit-1252 and Kızıltan-91) and 2 triticale (Ümran Hanım and Karma-2000) varieties were used. In this research; the effect of different nitrogen fertilizer applications (nitropower 33 and dinitroso) on nutrient content and grain yield in different development stages. This research consisted of 24 parcels (2 nitrogen applications x 4 varieties x 2 harvest time x 3 repetitions=48) and carried out split split plot design with 3 repetitions. 550 seeds were planted per square meter and 7 kg P2O5 and 5 kg / da N were applied to all parcels during planting. The other half of the nitrogen was given at the beginning of stem elongation period. According to the research results; It was determined that the effect of cultivar and harvest time on moisture content, protein content, thousand grain weight, ash content, mineral nutrient content and ratio (Fe, Zn, Phosphorus, K, Mg), weight of test, weight of grain per spike and grain yield. The effects of different fertilizer applications on protein content, ash content, Fe, P, K, Mg content and grain weight per spike were found to be significant. It was determined that only the effect of the variety on grain size was important. In the early harvest period, while the values decreased in many features (grain size, grain yield, grain weight per spike, weight of test, P, Zn, Fe content, Mg and ash ratio, thousand grain weight, the humidity, K and protein ratios increased. In slow release fertilizer (Dinitroso) application; protein content, thousand grain weight, ash content and some mineral matter contents (Fe, P, K and Mg) have increased significantly. The effect of slow release fertilizer application on grain yield varied according to the varieties and harvest periods. As a result; It has been determined that triticale can be harvested early and used for freekeh purposes and slow release fertilizer application has been determined to be effective on grain quality and yield.
