Abstract (EN)

In this study, the biofilm formation ability of Staphylococcus warneri, Aeromonas sobria, A. hydrophila strains of fish pathogen was investigated by electron microscopy. The presence of Staphylococcus warneri, Aeromonas sobria, Aeromonas hydrophila strains isolated and identified from sick fish were observed by biofilm formation by electron microscopy. Biofilm formation of biofilm producing strains on glass, wood, steel and fiberglass was also determined by SEM. Biofilm formation and development of the strains were also examined during the incubation period at 24 hour. In the adhesion test, one-hour adhesion of the plaques was examined and it was found that all pathogenic bacteria caused adhesion. Adhesion strength was found to be much stronger in A. hydrophila than other pathogens. It were showed biofilm in microplates method from all the bacterial fish pathogens. The most powerful biofilm formation in the microplate method was found in A. hydrophila. A. sobria, S. warneri and A. hydrophila strains were found to be positive for biofilm production by producing dry crystallized black colony on Congo Red Agar. As a result; S. warneri, A. sobria, A. hydrophila 's biofilm on the surfaces of different materials were detected by SEM electron microscopy.
