Abstract (EN)
This study which was carried out in the vegetation period of 2017-18 in Isparta province aims to prevent the narrowing genetic diversity in wheat breeding and to contribute to the solution of the problem in modern wheat. For this purpose, the Einkorn wheat genotypes of Seyidiler, İhsangazi, Devrekanı, Kayseri and Bolu and Yunus, Müfitbey and Atay85 registered bread wheat varieties were used as materials. In the experiment; plant height, spike length, grain number per spike, grain weight per spike, unit area grain yield, thousand grain weight, protein ratio, hectoliter test weight, plant number per m2, biological yield and harvest index characteristics were examined. Variance analysis was applied to the data obtained from the experiment. According to the results of the analysis, it was observed that the differences among varieties were significant in all properties. According to the results, as the average of varieties and genotypes, plant height is 73.3-97.1 cm, spike length is 5.43-10.03 cm, number of grain per spike is 17.5-38.8 pieces, grain weight per spike is 0.41-1.80 g, unit area grain yield is 178.2-416.6 kg / da, thousand grain weight 31.7-42.1 g, protein content 12.8-13.7%, hectoliter weight 42.8-73.2 kg / hl, the number of plants per m2 358.8-553.3 pieces, biological yield 1246.5-1906.5 kg and harvest index showed a change between 23.1-43.6% . As a result, it was concluded that registered bread wheat varieties were superior in terms of many properties we examined among the varieties and that Einkorn wheat genotypes were superior in terms of grain quality such as protein content.
