Relationship between the deceptive behaviors and organizational cynical attitudes perceived by physical education and sports teachers

Relationship Between The Deceptive Behaviors and Organizational Cynical Attitudes Perceived by Physical Education and Sports Teachers Within the scope of this research, determination of the levels of deceptive behavior and organizational cynical levels perceived by physical education and sports teachers working in Ankara, the comparison in terms of demographic variables and the determination of the relationship between them are aimed. In the research in the relational screening model, the Negative Behaviors Scale (NAQ) developed by Cemaloglu (2007), developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997), and the Organizational Cynical Cynical Scale, developed by Brandes, Dharwadkar and Dean (73) and adapted to Turkish by Kalağan (44), were applied to 192 volunteer teachers. On the basis of the distribution of the data, independent groups t-test or Mann Whitney-U test was used in the analysis of the data, and one-way analysis of variance (Anova) or Kruskall Wallis H test was used in comparing more than two groups. Turkey post-hoc test was used in binary group comparisons within the need and pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between variables. P<0.05 was taken into consideration as the level of manidarism in the analysis. As a result of this research, it has been concluded that the organizational cynical levels of physical education and sports teachers are low and the deterring behaviors they perceive are very low. The levels of deceptive behaviors and organizational cynical behaviors perceived by male teachers are significantly higher than those of female teachers. In addition, it has been determined that perceived deceptive behaviors significantly affect organizational cynicism and a moderate positive relationship is detected between them.
