Abstract (EN)

This study aims to examine the effects of the perceptions of individuals living in the city center of Isparta and having the potential to vote on their voting behaviors. The research data were analyzed using the R Studio statistical software using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of the study reveal that municipal services have different levels of impact on voters' voting decisions. While culture, art, tourism, development and transportation services in particular have a strong and positive effect on voter behavior, it has been observed that municipal performance in some areas such as social services does not fully meet voter expectations. These results indicate that municipalities should re-evaluate their service priorities and plan their services more efficiently in order to increase voter satisfaction. The study draws attention to the importance of municipalities revising their service strategies and developing an approach that will better meet voters' expectations.
