Abstract (EN)
In this research, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological resilience and family belonging in emerging adulthood. The study also investigated whether these two concepts show significant differences based on various demographic variables. The sample of the study consists of emerging adults between the ages of 18 and 29, and the data of the study were obtained from 408 volunteers including 352 women and 56 men. In the study, the Brief Resilience Scale (BRS), Family Sense of Belonging Scale (FSBS), and the Sociodemographic Information Form, prepared by the researcher, were used for the purpose of collecting data. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 25.0 was utilized for data analysis. The appropriateness of the obtained data for normal distribution was evaluated, and the reliability of the scales was tested using "Reliability Analysis". T test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were applied in the analysis of comparison between the groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between variables and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. As a result of the research, it was found that there is a significant negative relationship between psychological resilience and family belonging and there is a significant effect of family belonging subdimension on psychological resilience. In addition, the level of psychological resilience differs significantly according to gender, perceived socioeconomic level and perceived parental attitude variables, whereas the level of family belonging differed according to variables such as mother's education level, perceived socioeconomic level and perceived parental attitude. The findings were discussed in light of the relevant literature, and suggestions were presented based on the results.
