The assessment of Berire hadith

In this study, the twenty hadiths in Kutub-i Sitte which contain the divorce issue of Berîre are evaluated in the first chapter in terms of isnad and text. Isnad chains of all hadiths are shown in table form and text sections are added. In the second chapter, the context of this hadith includes the binding nature of the circumcision, the classification of the circumcision and the aspects of the hadith that are described by the Sharafi. At the same time, the contribution of this hadith to the science of fiqh was discussed. In our study, other narratives about Berîre are gathered under the title of Berîre's Life Here only the isnad and text analysis of the above mentioned narrative is performed. The narrative direction of circumcision is emphasized. At the same time, the importance that Islam attaches to human freedom and the respect for women's rights are emphasized.
