Abstract (EN)
In our age of rapid technological development in the world, uninhibited competition and globalization, information and knowledge to achieve the desired rate for the businesses owned has become the most important value. This development of the first year of the twenty-first century information age has enabled it to become. Of the Internet across the globe along with the increase enterprise information technology just basic business processes adapted to automation with the goal, but the decision support and control with the aim of knowledge acquisition, processing, storage and distribution use it for. Information systems in businesses of all kinds can be seen in the analysis of the problem, in solving problems in complex structures and new product development contributes to the management. For this purpose, an effective utilization of hospital management information systems, business processes, error-free functioning, medical and administrative staff to make decisions quickly and accurately shows the way. This study business information systems bring to the health of the positive / negative effects and health information systems through the use of technology to contribute to the health of the business as to whether the performance was investigated. Features in the field of health in this study gained favorable to business health information systems / adverse effects have been studied. This field is used in teleradiology, telemedicine, such as technological contribution to the performance of the HBYS and PACS information system of health care business were investigated. In addition to the patient, the physician and administrator of these systems have been investigated as additives.
