Abstract (EN)

Individual innovation in the simplest definition; it is a desire to explore and find innovations individually. İn other words, it can be defined as developing, accepting or implementing an innovation. Work Performance can be defined as the behaviors of the perssonel in order to contribute to the effort of the business. More generally, it can be defined as a quantitative and qualitative expression of what a person doing a job can achieve anda what he or she can achieve in relation to the intended goal. The aim of this study is to determine the interaction of Individual Innovation on work performance. For tihs purpose, 200 volunteer workers with white and blue collar were reached in a machine manufacturing company in Konya. Positive and meaningful relationships were determined on the Work Performance of Individual Innovation and its sub-dimensions (excluding the Resistance to Change sub-dimension). Demographic veriables of gender; While there was no significant difference between Individual Innovation and Work Performance, there was a significant difference between marital status and Individual Innovation and Work Performance.
