Financial analysis and risk assessments on BIST REIT (XGMYO) index operating operations

The balance sheet and income statements are called the tables showing the financial status of the companies. The methods used to conduct business case analysis using financial statements are also referred to as financial analysis. Financial analyzes provide financial information users with quantitative information about their past and future. In addition, managers are able to make prospective programs in terms of the investors and produce important information on behalf of the investors. Independent auditors of publicly traded companies conduct financial audits as of periods. These financial reports are published in the Kamuyu Illumination Platform. As companies continue their operations, they are exposed to many risks. While they do not have the opportunity to reduce some of these risks, others are due to the company itself and the sector it is in, and they are on the way to reducing them. Thus, the activities of liquidity, exchange rate, interest rate risk, etc. they try to maintain it among the risks. Financial analysis also tries to obtain quantitative data and ratios that companies will try to create, predict and prevent the risks that they carry and meet. In this study, financial analysis and risk assessment were carried out by using the ratio analysis method of financial statements of 10 real estate investment trusts which are traded in BİST REIT index.
