Also It's tried to describe the regional effects by giving, some examples at artists. In the thirt part, art in west is divided into two groups: Art in South and Art in IVNorth. Italy, France, Germany, Spain was choosed in accordance with style differences. In addition the reflections of regional difference, on picture art is studied. Finally, a sumary of stuation was made and it was tried to reflect how the regional proporties affected the picture art.
