For this, ELECTRE(Elemination and Choice Translating Reality English) technique was used from Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods. As an alternative selected 10 businesses were evaluated with 5 ratios determined as criterion. After completing the financial performance measurement according to the Electre technique, In order to compare the results obtained and confirm their accuracy, The application was repeated with the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions) technique, which is another of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making Methods. Then, to examine the relationship between financial performance and stock returns, P/E ratios were calculated using financial statements and correlation analysis was performed. With this application, it was concluded that there is no significant relationship between financial performance and stock return. In order to be understood more easily of the obtained results, graphs were created and presented to the decision makers and investors.
