Abstract (EN)
In this study, some biological parameters of Brevicoryne brassicae (Hemiptera: Aphididae) on on four different cauliflower cultivars (Tetris, Casper, Barcelona and Steady) under 20: 1 °C temperature, 60 ± 5% relative humidity and 16: 8 (L:D) conditions were investigated. Developmental time and mortality rate of immature stages, pre-reproductive, reproductive, post-reproductive time and longevity, as well as reproduction of adults were determined by daily observations. Life table parameters were calculated by using data mentioned above. Brevicoryne brassicae in the laboratory conditions mean generation time (T0) of the longest 37.00 days with Steady cultivar, the number of offspring with a maximum of 18.26 Tetris cultivar and intrinsic increase rate (rm) 0.106409 with the least was calculated.
