Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of the study reveal risk assessment methodology, the general framework is to evaluate the fuzzy inference system of fuzzy concepts and fuzzy set theory, based on traditional comparing fuzzy logic methods to select the appropriate method and a sort of occupational health and safety made under the risk analysis MATLAB program. Work carried out according to traditional methods of fuzzy logic has been investigated. Mamdani and Sugeno risk assessment methods were compared and analyzed for each method. Examined the printing industry, the application of risk assessment used in this study, the main features of the sector, the accident occurred in the business, physical / chemical / biological diseases and hazards that need to be be determined is given to health and safety. danger zones in the distribution of some of the risk level of 14 activity groups and 48 hazards were identified. Traditional fuzzy inference method that Mamdani and Sugeno lated the comparison of the results of the model obtained a high rate results obtained by classical methods that close, as a result of the analysis of Mamdani Method 0.177 margin of error, while the Sugeno Method Based on the finding that with 0.088 margin of error, reference the Sugeno Method values were reached closer result.
