A study of Bosnian folklore works from the district of Bursa-Inegöl Tuzla neighborhood

In this study, historical traditions and traditions of were examined Bosnians in Tuzla neighborhood of İnegöl district of Bursa. In this study, it is important to use written and verbal resources to investigate the traditions and customs of Bosnians. In compilation studies, oral sources are also important for the transfer of folklore. A lot of folklore information which is not in written sources has been transferred through oral sources. This study is a fieldwork. In due course of the fieldwork, there have been the collections by using observations, interviews, and case studies. In the first chapter, before giving the traditions and customs of Bosnians: Information was given about the history of the Bosniak people and their conversion to Turkey and finally their migration to Bursa. Before evaluating the collected research, this study presents the information about history, topography, climate, population, economical condition, ethnicity, and socio-cultural state of both Tuzla Neighborhood's history of Bursa. In the second part which form the basis of the study, the traditions and customs of Bosnians in Tuzla Neighborhood examined with the help of the collections in the field.
