Abstract (EN)
Corporate social responsibility, which its importance becomes more understandable nowadays day after day, are being researched in Turkey. In current studies, the concept of corporate social responsibility, models and progress in Turkey and the World is emphasized, but the communication aspect has not been discussed.This research aimed to fill this gap in CSR area present as an aspect of a integrated marketing communication, carries a high importance in today?s competetive conditions.This thesis study consists of three parts. In the first part, integrated communication concept and in the second part, corporate social responsibility consept and the relationship betwen corporate social responsibility concept and integrated marketing communication literature study are held. In the third part, a research done aimed firstly to know about how and in what ways Turkish consumers want to be informed about corporate social responsibility campaigns and secondly, to deal how activities of CSR affect Turkish consumer?s behaviours which is the way to understand CSR communication.Study concludes that, consumers want to have information about CSR?s activities, these activities have a positive effect on brand image and impression level from CSR?s initiatives show difference among demographic charecteristics.
