Abstract (EN)
Unlike other living things, human beings are creatures of emotions and feelings. It is not possible for people to be seen as a machine in the organization in today's world. If it is desired to obtain more efficiency from the working personnel, it should be accepted that the personnel have feelings, thoughts, wishes and feelings. Having bad working conditions of a highly paid staff member working in the organization will cause him or her not to be motivated enough. There is no one factor that motivates everyone equally. While the wage is the most important motivation concept for an employee, another employee gives importance to suitable working conditions. Motivation is a concept in which an external factor is important along with any internal factor. The fact that people spend most of their time at work, and the intertwining of work and private life with technological developments makes it difficult for employees to establish a work balance and private life balance. This situation affects the performance of the employees as well as important factors such as motivation, effectiveness and productivity, slacking, absenteeism from work, and therefore it is an important issue that needs to be emphasized within the organization. In this study, the relationship between employees' performance, motivation and work-life balance was investigated. Work-life balance is becoming a highly studied subject and increasingly important not only for employees but also for organizations as a result of employees' hard work at the workplace and their inability to balance work and private life. The success of the employees depends on their satisfaction with their workplace and their motivation at work. According to the results of the study, when the Motivation, Performance and Work-Life Balance Relationships of the Employees are examined, the motivation of male employees is higher than female employees. In addition, marital status has a significant effect on motivation. According to the results of the research, married employees are more motivated to their work. When the work-life balance is examined; It is seen that women have a more negative work-life balance than men. When performance relations are examined, there are significant differences between income level and performance. According to the results of the research, as the income level increases, performance and motivation increase. There is a negative significant relationship between motivation and work-life balance, a negative significant relationship between motivation and the negative impact of life on work, and a negative significant relationship between motivation and the negative impact of work on life. There is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and the positive effect of work on life, and a positive and significant relationship between motivation and the positive impact of life on work.
