Abstract (EN)
Service sector workers, especially in the provision of employee satisfaction, service satisfaction, as it is also the sector organizational commitment and increasing the job satisfaction of employees gained importance in recent years for organizations. Identifying the factors that affect employees organizational commitment and organizational commitment of these factors increase the priority of the work done by determining ensure the continuity of the organization, as it is for the benefit of the organization. Job satisfaction is employees willing to work when they feel the happiness of the work which they are involved in. In this study, patients, hospital staff providing treatment services to the people of the factors affecting organizational commitment and job satisfaction were examined.
