Abstract (EN)
In this research study, it is aimed to analyze the effects of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the working motivation. In line with this purpose, a survey study was executed on 290 persons working at 24 different companies operating in finance, insurance and production sectors in İstanbul. Within direction of the results obtained, it has been found out that the working motivation is mostly affected by the organizational commitment. This is followed by job satisfaction. In the research, meaningful relations have been found between job satisfaction and demographic variable age; also between age and job satisfaction in a positive way; but a negative relation is available between education and organizational commitment. Accordingly, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are seen to decrease in proportion to the increase in age, and the organizational commitment is seen to decrease in proportion to the increase in the education level. Lastly, a positive and meaningful relation has been found out between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
