What are the director's duties to destory the negative sides of the conflicts

The sources of conflicts at schools should be analyzed well and managers should fullfill their duties properly in order to eliminate the negative effects of these conflicts. The organization manager should analyze the reasons of the conflicts instead of indifference in the area of conflict and minimize these negative effects. Otherwise, the polarizations will increase at the institution and the good atmosphere will be spoiled. This event will cause the retrogress of the institution, unproductiveness and decreasing of the success of the institution. A manager should turn this conflict from negative into positive in order to keep the benefits of institution at the highest level and eliminate the negative atmosphere occurring at the institution. This research was prepared in order to be a guide for managers to manage their institutions in a good way and to determine the duties of managers in order to eliminate the conflicts in working process.
