This research deals with a scholarly influence, which is a footnote on the commentary of the Jamali Caliph and the famous scholar Ishak al-Karmani's commentary on the three surahs of Al-Rum and Luqman and As-Sajdah by Kadı-ı Beydavi. It is one of the works of the scholars of the Ottoman period. In addition to the words in the grammar about its expression, it touched on the science of meaning and the effect of the context, the rhetorical importance in presentation, delay, definition and denial, and other studies. It is based on a variety of sources, diversity of knowledge and richness of explanatory words. The researcher did his best to serve the text, such as extracting Qur'anic verses, hadiths, explanatory, linguistic and eloquent words, translating flags, describing Islamic places, as well as paying attention to the exact numbering and division of paragraphs.
