Abstract (EN)
Nowadays with the understanding of reaching the perpetrator through evidence, especially the scientific evidence has gained a great deal of significance and various regulations have been made accordingly. In this respect, molecular genetic analysis which constitutes the topic of my thesis plays an outstanding role in determining the guilt and innocence. Today it is possible to detect the perpetrator even by examining the hair or scuff acquired from the scene of the crime. Besides it is mostly required to interfere to the body to be able to compare and it is really essential to abide by the law as the results of examinations are mainly composed of personal data. As the part of my research, molecular genetic analysis will be analyzed through its relation to the personal data and human rights, circumstances of practice, obtaining the materials of examination, the evidence value of the examination results and lastly DNA data banks.
