Abstract (EN)
In this study production of serin protease has been researched with the SSF technique from Bacillus sp. Melon waste, watermelon waste, lentil husk, rice husk and millet were used to determine in which substrate Bacillus sp. produces better protease. The highest enzyme production was seen in the watermelon waste at the end of 72 hour incubation time. Then some carbon and nitrogen sources were studied to the production of enzyme. Besides, effect of pH, temperature, detergent, and heavy metals were studied to the enzyme activity. In this inhibition study it was determined that the enzyme which is inhibited with PMSF was Alkaline Serin Protease. Keywords: Bacillus sp.,SSF, Alkaline Serin Protease
