Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between fear of Covid-19 and job stress and job satisfaction. Fear of Covid-19 is the anxiety created by the feeling of infecting oneself with the virus and infecting others. Job stress is the release of negative emotions from an employee, such as work-related tension, frustration, or boredom. In addition to this, job satisfaction is the formation of a satisfying emotion from people's work or work experiences. In this context, a Google questionnaire created by using the scales developed by Ahorsu et al. (2020) to measure the fear of Covid-19, by House and Rizzo (1972) to measure job stress, and by Hackman and Oldman (1975) to measure job satisfaction, was used in Denizli. Data were obtained by conducting a survey on a total of 285 people working in the enterprises. According to the findings, a significant and positive relationship was determined between the fear of Covid-19 and work stress. In addition, a significant and negative relationship was found between the fear of Covid-19 and job satisfaction.
