Abstract (EN)

The problem of women is a set of problems that have been based on ancient histories and have not yet reached a more radical solution today. The problem of women is more than just an existence problem. Every aspect of women's life has been laid in the background. In the family, the maid was seen as an object to increase the population in the eyes of the man, free labor in the field, and to maintain his descendants. Women have tried to show many religion commentators like "the source of suffering, the symbol of sin, the tool of the devil" in a very unjustifiable way. In heavenly and Ungodly beliefs, women are always in the background, even in other non-Semitic and very godly religions, unable to acquire the rightful role as men in the social scene. In the antiquity, the slaves, carers, maiders, and the servants of the ancient times have been seen as a very object from the problems of the day, the problems they have experienced, such as shifts and similar troubles brought together women together for a purpose and they have acquired a culture of organization over time. Women's rights have been traced from the proclamation of the Republic to a day-to-day process of high technological possibilities, such as cyber media, televisions, television channels, street and other forms of expression. As an individual, women have struggled very hard in history to acquire their rights in every area of life. Before the Republican era in Turkey, women were allowed to sit in the lower part of the ferry, were not entitled to education rights, and had no right to represent the political scene. They have begun to take their step-by-step rights together with the Second Constitutional Monarchy and are organized. Following the proclamation of the Republic, some rights were granted, beginning with the Turkish Civil Code, though not in the desired level, with reforms such as the right to vote in 1930 and the right to be elected in 1934. With the transformation of the state structure into the Republic, education, law, and secularization of the woman's status have been seen as a necessity for separating religion and state, religion and law without any interference to religious belief and freedom of conscience. After the declaration of the Republic, women founded the Turkish Women's Union in October 1923 to seek women's rights. Women are organized in various ways to search for their rights and make their voices heard. In Turkey, women are not at the desired level, even though the political arena is in the political arena with the transition to the multi-party system. The number of girls who have been educated in primary and secondary education and tertiary education, which continue their education according to a certain historical chronology, have been searched from the figures given by the Provincial Directorate of Education of Şırnak province. In economic terms, the labor force and labor resources of Sirnak women who did not have sufficient employment opportunities were investigated. In Şırnak province, women's positions in political circles and representations such as Provincial Assembly, Municipal Council, Municipality, and Deputies were investigated in quota elections. The problem of women is not yet a completely resolved problem. Women's problems and struggle continue in Şırnak province. This research investigates women 's attitudes towards the women, the violence against women and the status of women according to their occupation, economic power, age, education, relationship status and family status.
