Comparisons of first degree primary school's 4th and 5th classes science education programme

Changes in science and technology programs is aimed to create science edicuation lives that are have an accordance with terms of life. The main reason for the change of programme are changing with the philosophy of education or have changed circumstances difference of the characters of departments and individuals requested from according from previous period to daytime can be said. Considered many different reasons such as these for changing programmes but the main reason for change programmes are can be specified in this way.When we looked up from the 1923 that is the proclamation of the Republic to the day, in Turkey the science education programme changing dates have been seen with general outline dates are in 1924, 1926, 1936, 1948, 1968, 1992, 2000 and 2004. The result for understanding exactly main reason of programme changes, we have to make well analyse and characterise of historical events. We attempt to collate programme actions as the current name of science and technology lessons in the first degree of primary education 4 and 5th classes in their systematics. Comparisons have tried to make rather with the dimensions of aims, units and targets (attitudes or acquisitions), learning environments and measurement and evaluation dimensions in this study.This work has been done in the context of the current document but fort he could not be reached documents in the relevant areas have been benefiting from the work. Existing programs analysis have made with the outline of dimensions with aims, units, learning environments and measurement and evaluation dimensions because the basic method of study is document analysis. Especially 2004 program have been tried to make with more attention to constructivist approach, measurement and evaluation size of the current measurement tools have been efforts to be selected.
