Abstract (EN)

In this study; The flood flowrates were analyzed by using the maximum flow data of the years between 1951-1989 which belongs to E22A006 Değirmendere Kanlıpelit flow observation station (AGI) obtained from the 22nd Regional Directorate of State Hydraulic Works (DSI).In this study, first, since the hydrologic data to be used were random variables, homogeneity anaysis of the data were made using the program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Correlation and regression analyzes were performed to determine the relationship between random variables. A graphic of the flowrate continuity line was obtained by using the maximum flow data. Frequency, total (cumulative) frequency histograms were obtained to perform flood frequency analysis. Frequency, total (cumulative) frequency histograms were obtained to perform flood frequency analysis. The distribution parameters were calculated by using the Statistical moments method. By using the Normal (Gauss), Log-Normal (II-III), Gumbel (extreme values), Pearson Type III (Gamma Type III), Log-Pearson Type III and Weibull Probability Distributions , the analysis of flood repetition flowrates were made according to the 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 repetition years. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) Test was performed using the EasyFit program to determine the appropriate probability distribution functions. Dam reservoir capacity was calculated by Rippl method. In the studies, the values are presented in tables and graphics and the results are interpreted.
