As a result of the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test, it was seen that the scores met the assumption of normality; correlation, explanatory factor and regression analyzes were used to test the hypotheses. As a result of the study it has been concluded that the democratic leadership style has a positive effect on economic and social development; therefore on integrated development and the quality of management is mediated. It has been determined that the autocratic leadership style has no effect on economic and social development, and therefore on integrated development, so the intermediary effect of the quality of management could not be measured.
