Abstract (EN)

Inthisthesis, theenergyandexergyperformance of copperoxide (CuO) andtitaniumoxide (TiO2) nanoparticles in thediffusionabsorptioncooling (DAR) systemusingammonia-water-helium (NH3-H2O-He) as theworkingfluidandelectricalresistance as theheatsource. effectwasinvestigatedexperimentally.0.66 g of CuO and TiO2nanoparticles, 0,68% byweight of ammoniawaterconcentration, wereaddedto 110 ml of ammoniawater solution. The highestenergyefficiencywasobtained in NH3-H2O-He + TiO2workingfluidsystem as 0.377, whilethelowestenergyefficiencywasobtainedfrom NH3-H2O-He workingfluidsystem as 0.226. Contrarytoenergyefficiency, thehighestexergyefficiencywascalculated as 0,701 in NH3-H2O-He workingfluidsystem, whilethelowestexergyefficiencywascalculated as 0,597 in NH3-H2O-He + TiO2workingfluidsystem. As a result, it wasobservedthat CuO and TiO2nanoparticlesincreasedtheenergyefficiency of 13.32% and 66.75% respectively, andunlikeenergyefficiency, theexergyefficiency of CuO and TiO2nanoparticlesdecreased 3.42% and 17.53%, respectively.
