Abstract (EN)

Objective: The Digital Heritage Twins infrastructure through the development of Cultural Heritage (CH) Ontology and semantic enrichment is aimed. The overarching objective is to enhance precision in representing and comprehending CH with a focus on sensitivity. Material and Methods: Bibliometric search was employed to the Scopus data. Scientometric analysis and mapping was conducted to scrutinize Digital Cultural Heritage (DCH) and CH ontologies. The creation of the CH Ontology was facilitated. Subsequently, CH ontology was semantically enriched by the Python programming language. Results: A discernible trend in Artificial Intelligence for Knowledge Management (KM) and in the integration of CH Ontology with Semantic Web Technologies were observed. While, a notable gap was identified in the integration of information technologies and in the context of Digital Twins. Conclusion: CH Ontology has served as a semantic platform for KM. Achieving complete integration of technologies, including Historical Building Information Modeling (HBIM) and chatbots, can pave the way for the development of a Cultural Heritage Digital Twins.
