Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted to examine the levels of psychological well-being and psychological resilience in individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The research employed a quantitative approach, specifically the relational survey model. The study group consisted of 50 individuals aged between 7 and 19. The research investigated how participants' levels of psychological well-being and psychological resilience varied based on factors such as age, gender, grade level, mother's employment status, school attendance, and daily internet usage duration. According to the results, there was a moderate and statistically significant relationship between psychological resilience and psychological well- being. In terms of demographic variables such as gender, age, and grade level, no statistically significant differences were found in either psychological well-being or resilience levels. The mother's employment status created a statistically significant difference in psychological well-being, with higher well-being scores observed among individuals whose mothers were employed. However, this variable did not lead to a significant difference in psychological resilience levels. Participants who regularly attended school had higher average scores in both psychological well-being and resilience, but these differences were not statistically significant. Similarly, as internet usage time increased, both psychological variables tended to decline, with the most noticeable decrease observed in those using the internet for seven or more hours per day. Nevertheless, these differences also did not reach statistical significance. The findings were discussed in light of the relevant literature, and various recommendations were proposed based on the results.
