Abstract (EN)

Tomato is among the most important vegetables consumed in the fresh and food industry in the world. In tomato cultivation, sufficient and balanced fertilization should be made for high and quality crops. The experiment was conducted in the production season of Şırnak province, İdil district, Çığır village according to the randomized blocks trial pattern with 3 replications. Kamenta F1 industrial type tomato variety was used in the thesis study. Boron and phosphorus doses were applied on the tomato plant before and after flowering. Solutions of boron (0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2.5 ppm) and phosphorus (0.125%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1%) were sprayed on the tomato plant. In the study, evaluation of green parts, number of flowers, amount of chlorophyll in the leaf, average fruit weight in tomato fruit, diameter, length and thickness of tomato fruit, measurement of soluble solids in fruit juice, pH value measurement in fruit juice, total fruit yield, titratable acid properties such as P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B concentrations in the green part of the tomato plant and its fruit were examined. As a result of the research, it was determined that the boron and phosphorus doses applied before and after flowering were effective in the number of flowers, green parts, diameter, height, wall thickness, solubility, pH value, fruit yield, titratable acid amount, tomato fruit and leaf concentrations.
