In this study, warehouse areas where warehousing operations are carried out during the import process, which is a part of foreign trade, and the application of the Authorized Customs Brokerage, which officially manages these areas and is jointly responsible to the warehouse operator and the state, are examined and examined. The aim of this study; It is aimed to evaluate the effects of warehouses on foreign trade transactions on the axis of speed and cost, to include the phenomenon of Authorized Customs Consultancy in this process and to evaluate it within the framework of its contributions and deficiencies.
