Ebu'l A'lâ El-Mevdûdî kelamî views

Mawdudi, XX. Century Indo-Subcontinent and religious revelation identity is a great thankful. Mevdûdî, who gave all his life to science, wrote many works. His works have been translated into many languages and have left a major mark in Muslim countries. Mawdudi investigated the reasons of the material and spiritual collapse of the Islamic geography and tried to produce solutions by adopting many different approaches to the issues of faith and deeds. As a matter of fact, his thoughts in the field of creed are important. In this research, theological views of Abu'l a'lâ al-Mevdûdî were examined. By putting the belief of monotheism at the center of his ideas, Mawdudi interpreted religious concepts in a new and different perspective. By expanding the concept of im faith in Allah", he stated that everything in practice should be built on this faith. He emphasized the importance of prophetic authority by considering the adjectives of the prophets. He acknowledged the revelation knowledge as informal knowledge on the unseen subjects and stated that all the comments made out of it were based on the supposed knowledge. He was subjected to extreme criticism for expressing his opinions on economic issues. But he did not hesitate to explain that he knew the truth. We believe that he did not deserve many of the criticisms against him. As a matter of fact, this fact emerges when his works are examined in integrity.
