حـاشيـةٌ على تفـسير البَــيضاوي لأبي الميامن مُصطفى أفندي (ت: 1015هــ) سورة الأنعامدراسةً وتحقيقاً

This thesis deals with The Hashiya (footnote) of Sheikh Al-Islam Abu Al- Mayameen Mustafa Effendi bin Ali (d.: 1015 AH) on Al-Baydawi's interpretation of Surat Al-An'am. In his book, the author wanted - as stated at the beginning of his explanation - to extract the most important benefits from the interpretation of Surat Al-An'am by Al-Baydawi. The book was rich in its scientific material and its hadith, linguistic, doctrinal and even astronomical sources, hence the importance of this explanation, this is due to the large number of resources that the author used, so his book came as a great addition to Al-Baydawi's valuable commentaries. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when reviewing the author's life and scientific biography and the methodology of investigation in working on his Hashiya. The most important conclusion of this study was as follows: The author was able to resolve the dispute in many controversial issues issues between the commentators, so he quoted from the sayings of the Companions and the Followers to explain them, which added to his book many benefits. Abu Al-Mayameen included his book many important ideas and linguistic, grammatical, and morphological clarifications, which proves the sheikh's mastery of Arabic science, and his other works in this section attest to him, this appears in his other books. It is clear from his book that he adheres to the Ash'ari faith, and defends it without going into the details of the dispute. His Hashiya were also filled with many terms of logic and the fundamentals of jurisprudence, which gave it great scientific value.
