The main purpose of this research is to assess trade unions teachers? preferences of whom are hired on education line in which they consider useful values necessary in terms of students advantages on education process. In this context, differences of these preferences are attended to be displayed clearly according to the variants. In this research, 333 three hundreds thirty three trade unions teachers? opinions are evaluated by method of questionnaire that they are members of the largest educational union in Turkey in which are named Eğitim-Bir-Sen, Eğitim-Sen and Türk-Eğitim-Sen. Humans have achieved a great success in the scientific and technological fields for the last centuries. Howewer the scientific, technological and economic developments have brought happiness nor peace, in opposition, they have caused to humanity some adverses such as; psychological, social and ethic crisises. As a result, world humanity have never been subjected to ethical deteriorations extensively. One of the fundamental responsibilities of educational organisations is to provide an educational service based on their needs for learners. Educators are responsible for overseeing the arrangements of training services. The educational unions should be adaptable not only to the developments in our country, but they should be adaptable to the developments in the world as well. To be anticipated that this research contribute to development of the our domestic education system.Key Words: Education Union, Value, Preference
