Intercession in the context of Al-kashhaf tasir analysis of its verses

This study examines the approach of al-Zamakhshari, one of the early interpreters from the Mu'tazilite sect in belief, to intercession (Shafa'ah) in his tafsir al-Kashshaf. The introduction part of the study contains information about the objective, significance, and resources, along with some general information about "intercession." The first chapter presents information about Zamakhshari's life, scholarly personality, and works, and the al-Kashshaf tafsir is briefly introduced. In addition, the chapter focuses on the meaning of intercession and explains its judgment in the Qur'an and hadith. Finally, the perspectives of the sects on intercession are discussed. The second chapter identifies the verses containing "intercession" in al-Kashshaf's tafsir and highlights their interpretation in al-Kashshaf. In addition to Zamakhshari's interpretation, the interpretations of the relevant verses in other commentaries are also analyzed and compared with al-Kashshaf. Each chapter concludes with discussions on the subject.
