Abstract (EN)

The increasing need for energy in today's technologies has made factors like the constant, uninterrupted, and consistent availability of electrical energy more crucial. When the need for energy is met, the quality of energy, regulations and standards are taken into account. One of the most important power quality parameters in an electrical energy system is voltage sag. Voltage sag is the instantaneous drop of the defined nominal operating voltage in the network under the limit value foreseen by various power quality standards. The Technical Quality Procedural Principles published by the EPDK in Turkey and the TS EN 50160 standard have determined the voltage collapse limit values. Voltage Declaration is defined as an instantaneous drop between 1% and 90% of the operating voltage for 10 ms - 1 minute. A voltage sag can cause fluctuations in the network and failure on some sensitive devices, as well as cause new failures on weak points in the network. In this paper, the voltage sag at the F24 Yolboyu Alatosun location located at the Diyarbakır 4 TM, TRC busbar, which is within the boundaries of the Dicle Electricity Distribution Region, were examined. the data related to the voltage sags recorded in 2022 have been examined and the scope includes; voltage effective value, voltage unbalance, voltage dips, voltage harmonics, total harmonic distortion parameters. At the same time, voltage drop calculations were made according to the state of the network on the enterconnect. In conjunction with the data analysis, solutions pertaining to voltage collapses were reviewed in the literature with the goal of identifying the safety measures associated with lowering voltage collapses at the specified Diyarbakır location. Projections and implementation studies regarding how to enhance the reduction of voltage crashes in the area by 2023. In this context, 32 pole type TR, 15 LV lines, 16 buildings, 61 poles and 13 LV poles were maintained. During the maintenance work, current and voltage transformer tests and maintenance, circuit breaker contact transition resistance tests and general building cleaning works were completed in measurement buildings wtih circuit breaker. Following the application's conclusion, measurements were taken in the pertinent area once more in 2023. As a result of the maintenance and repair work completed, it was noted that the frequency of voltage failures had decreased. It has been determined that the voltage failure parameter, which is one of the most important factors determining the technical quality of the distribution network, is proportional to the number of failures occurring in the network, and maintenance and repair works should be carried out to reduce this situation.
