Abstract (EN)

Purpose: In this study, it is aimed to examine the relationship between the endurance parameters and the passing values in the competition period in elite footballers and to determine the level of the relationship if there is a relationship. Materials and Methods: In our study, 25-week competition data of Ümraniyespor A football team athletes from Spor Toto Super League teams were examined. Competition data was obtained through the global positioning system (GPS). At the same time, the Shapiro-Wilk test was applied to determine whether the data were normally distributed. Since the data did not show normal distribution, Spearman correlation test was applied to examine the relationship between the parameters and the significance value was accepted as p<0.05 for statistical evaluation. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS 25.0 package program. Findings: In my study, the correlation relationship between the total number of passes and the total distance (p= ,000; r= ,691**) was positively high, and the correlation relationship between the total number of passes and the high speed distance (YHM) (p= ,000; r= ,389**) was weak in the positive direction, the correlation relationship between the total number of passes and the speed distance (SM) (p= ,001; r= ,162**) is very weak in the positive direction, and the correlation relationship between the total number of passes and the acceleration distance m (p= ,000; r= ,583**) is moderately strong in the positive direction, the correlation relationship between the total number of passes and the deceleration distance m (p= ,000; r= 518**) was moderately severe in the positive direction, and the correlation relationship between the percentage of accurate passes and TM (p= ,000; r= ,213**) was weak in the positive direction, ıt was found that the correlation relationship between the percentage of accurate passes and the acceleration distance m (p= ,000; r= 174**) was very weak in the positive direction, and the correlation relationship between the percentage of accurate passes and the deceleration distance m (p= ,004; r= 144**) was very weak in the positive direction. It was determined that there was no correlation relationship between other parameters and the percentage of accurate passes. Result: When the time spent by the players in the game, the total distance covered, and the sprint distances are examined, it is seen that the total number of passes increases, while the percentage of the correct pass of the players is low depending on the positions, tactical situations and reactions of the opponent players in the competition.
