Abstract (EN)
this study, it was aimed to examine the effect of hamstring strength on vertical jump, sprint, running-based anaerobic sprint test (rast) performances in elite U19 football players. The research is a cross-sectional study and the data were obtained by scanning model. A relational screening model from the general screening methods was applied to U19 elite football players, and the situation was determined in order to determine whether there was an interaction between the variable/variables on the sample, and if so, at what level. The sample of the study consists of 86 football players aged 19 who play active elite football in Balıkesirspor U19, Bucaspor U19 and Göztepe U19. Athletes with a training age of two years and above were included in this study. The measurement of a team is on the same day; age, height, body weight, hamstring strength measurement, 5-10-15-20-30 meters speed, vertical jump and repeated sprint test (rast) were appliedrespectively. A 10-minute rest period was given before each performance test. For the measurement protocol studies of the participants, two trials were repeated in each test protocol. As a result of the study, it is seen that there is a positive and highly significant relationship (r=0.735; p<0.05) between the mean strength of the prone angle right-left foot and the mean strength of the 30-degree angle right-left foot. There is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the average strength of the right-left foot in the prone angle and maximum anaerobic power (r=0.448; p<0,05), minimum anaerobic power (r=0.366; p<0,05), average anaerobic power (r=0.448; p<0,05), and a positive and low significant relationship between the average strength of the right-left foot in the prone angle and fatigue index (r=0.237; p<0,05). It was determined that the mean prone angle of the right-left foot and the mean strength of the 30-degree angle of the right-left foot did not have a statistically significant effect on the vertical jump (sj) height (p>0.05). It was determined that the mean prone angle of the right-left foot and the mean strength of the 30-degree angle of the right-left foot did not have a statistically significant effect on the vertical jump (cmj) height (p>0.05). Prone angle right-left foot average strength level has an effect of 5.5% on the 5 meter sprint degree (r2=0.055; p<0.05), the effect of 30-degree angle right-left foot average strength level is 8.5% ( r2=0.085; p<0.05) and these effects were found to be statistically significant. It was determined that the mean prone angle of the right-left foot and the average strength of the 30-degree angle of the right-left foot did not have a statistically significant effect on the 10-15-20 meter sprint degree (p>0.05). Prone angle right-left foot average strength level had a 12% effect on the 30-meter sprint degree (r2=0.120; p<0.05), and the effect of 30-degree right-left foot average strength level was 8.1% (r2=0.081; p<0.05) and these effects were found to be statistically significant. It is very important for the trainers to include these parameters, which are important for football, in the training planning. In this way, by increasing the tempo of football competitions, we gain football players with a high level of spectacle and fighting power.
