When governments form their education systems they obviously consider their past experiences. As fort he curriculum for our education systems we also need to reconsider the similar proctises throughout the history of education. The Otoman State was aware of the individual differences and thus they canalised foreign children and accommodated those children by Turkish families. As they were grown up in Turkish families they were to learn and adapt Turkish culture. Then the intelligent ones were educated in the scholl in the palace according to some special loyalty figures so as to maket hem loyal to Otoman society.Enderun Schools were first founded by Murat I., and at the time of Murat II. They were transformed into palace schools in Edirne, and finally during the reign of Fatih Sultan Mehmet they gained their real identity. Since Enderun Schools had special impact on the burocratic and authoritarion structure of Otoman state, I decided tohandle ?The İmportance of ?Has Oda İnstitution? in Palace Schools, The Applied Education System and Strategies? as my thesis subject and made use of articles in the boks and magazines that were written in the field. In this thesis study I examined the practise of Enderun and education system and strategies applied in Has Oda institution in order to learn how it contributed the imorovement of Ottoman State such that it became the leader throughout three continents.During the improvement age of Ottoman State and then after, the education and discipline system applied in Enderun Palace Schools and Has Oda institutions, they brought up extremely loyal states men and so both in central constitutions and in the country the Ottoman State became so powerful and thanks to those adopted peope, Ottoman State gained the love of people in Balkan States.
