Abstract (EN)

The study was conducted to examine the perceptions of the organizations operating in the automotive and textile sectors regarding the applications of Industry 4.0.Phenomenology which is one of the qualitative research methods is utilized to examine these sectors in detail. Businesses demand high efficiency products and high performance employees at low cost. Industry revolutions redesign these processes from top to bottom. Industry 4.0, also known as the fourth industrial revolution, is expected to change these processes. In this study, a semi structured interview form consisting of 19 questions was used and analyzed with descriptive analysis method. According to the findings, it is possible to integrate the production enterprises that want to take a place in the future within the framework of Industry 4.0. It has been determined to have various effects of Industry 4.0 in the production enterprises from production to human resource, staffing, business relations etc.
