Industrial vocational teachers class handling for the student with your behaviour resulting from burnout cases

In our country, vocational schools are established to provide students knowledge and skills in line purposes of the Turkish National Education System and to create expert persons in their occupations. In Turkey, vocational schools are the most common vocational training institutions. The role of teachers and students is great in achieving their goal of these schools and to be successful. In this work, burnout syndrome due to student behavior in classroom management is examined for teachers in industrial vocational high school and coping methods against the behaviors are revealed. Before field work the literature review are made. The concept of burnout, the reasons of burnout, the results of burnout, the student behaviors create burnout, the overcoming methods with burnout and researches related to burnout are presented. For preparing the survey, teachers in vocational schools are asked open-ended questions and the opinions of experts are taken so the survey determines the teachers' burnout is formed. The surveys are implemented to 257 teachers who work in 14 vocational schools in the anatolian side of Istanbul Descriptive statistical methods and techniques are used to resolve of sub-problems in the study. SPSS (Statistical Packet for Social Studies) 15.00 program is used to analyze the data obtained from the surveys. Frequency (f), percentage (%) and arithmetic mean about to sub-problems are computed. T-test and one-way analysis of variance are computed to find relationship between demographic variables and the burnout. The results are tested in the level of p<.05.
